Once there was a man. He liked to sing. He sang to people on the streets to get money, for he was very poor. One day he went exploring in the forest. He saw something flying but he didn’t know what it was so he said, “It’s a plane! It’s a bird! It’s an I don’t know!” The man was drunk so he acted crazy sometimes. He kept walking. He found lots of nice berries and lots of ponds with clean water to drink. He decided to live in the forest.

A couple days later he saw a monster! The monster had 3 bulging eyes and an ugly green face. The monster also had sharp scary claws. The man wasn’t drunk anymore so he knew what it was. He screamed ‘till his face turned purple but the monster grabbed the man by the leg and said, “WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN MY FOREST ? I’m living he ,he, here.” Said the man scared. The monster yelled , “let me crush your bones to make bone soup or let me squish you!” The man didn’t know what to pick either way he would die so he screamed to make sure he heard correctly, “How about you curse me instead?” The man thought this was better than dying so he hoped the was going to accept. “ OK but then you have to get out of my forest.”The man ran away but he was still cursed.

Now he went back to the streets, But he couldn’t sing! He liked to sing so much but he couldn’t now! He was horrified. To make it even worse he couldn’t get money so he had to eat the food people threw away in the garbage. One night he dreamed of a ghost following him, cursing him and haunting him. He woke up and he heard someone saying, “hobo duba, rukey ,bumba.”The man looked around and saw a ghost looking at him. The man screamed and died.
